October 19, 2025 marks a special milestone: the two-year anniversary of the pivotal visit by Mr. Norikatsu Moriyama, CEO of Japan’s Rakuji Caregiver Company, to Sri Lanka. That significant journey laid the foundation for the establishment of the Viron Japan Academy, an initiative that has since been transforming the lives of promising Sri Lankan youth.
 

We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Moriyama for his foresight, his confidence in our students, and the immense support he has extended to this venture. His decision to invest in the potential of Sri Lankan talent is a testament to the strong bond between our nations and institutions.
 

Today, we celebrate remarkable success. Our second batch of students has successfully passed the interviews for placement at the Rakuji Caregiver Company in Japan! Rakuji has an annual requirement for 40 exceptional caregivers, and we are working tirelessly to ensure our graduates meet and exceed this high standard.
 

The Viron Japan Academy is continuously evolving. We are dedicated to professionalizing our curriculum, updating our courses, and working harder than ever to equip our students with the advanced skills necessary to be world-class caregivers.
